My plan is to establish a collaborative partnership between the Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Neighborhood Association, and Explore Elgin to create a practical strategy for positioning our community as a top destination in Illinois for both residents and businesses.

We are committed to optimizing services and providing exciting entertainment options while supporting existing businesses while attracting new industries. Elgin will invite businesses of all types to join our growing community – a place determined to think outside the box!



I believe in our community's ability to make Elgin the premier destination in Illinois for living and doing business. I am committed to providing an environment where businesses, residents, and visitors all feel welcomed and supported. To that end, over my last six years in service on City Council, I've actively worked to set the stage for exciting entertainment options while encouraging new industries, such as inviting dispensaries to place their corporate headquarters in our city. 

I believe that Elgin has what it takes to be a booming hub of activity – from family fun activities to cultural events and nightlife. I'm determined to make Elgin one of the most attractive places in Illinois for companies of every size, including start-ups looking for an affordable place to launch their businesses and ultimately create more jobs for our residents. 

United together, we will make a vibrant, growing community to come and explore Elgin. With our commitment to thinking outside the box, Elgin will quickly become the place to be. I've worked closely with other leaders to reach this goal for years and looking forward to more to come with your permission and vote for my re-election to the City Council of Elgin.
