My plan includes a focus on affordable housing. The city will invest in developing affordable housing units for low-income individuals and families. By providing stable, affordable housing, we can help prevent people from becoming homeless in the first place.

In addition to affordable housing, my effort also includes focusing on mental health and addiction services. Many people who are experiencing homelessness struggle with mental health and addiction issues, and it is essential that we address these underlying issues to combat homelessness effectively. The city will partner with organizations and agencies specializing in these areas to provide the necessary support and resources for those in need.

I also recognize the importance of community engagement and collaboration in this effort. That's why I will work closely with local organizations, businesses, and citizens to gather input and ideas for addressing homelessness.Together, we can make a real difference and provide a pathway to permanent housing for those currently experiencing homelessness.
